While Brian Hoar was kissing pretty girls in victory lane last Sunday after his Merchants Bank 150 win, Potter and his crew were loading a cumpled-up race car after kissing the frontstretch wall on lap 71. It looked bad, but Randy said they would have it fixed for the next race.
I stopped by on my way back from the RiverSide Speedway open practice this afternoon and they were just finishing up. |
The car was finished, loaded up and RPR and the 02NH will be headed for Devil's Bowl tomorrow morning at 05:30.
* Follow-up: Randy qualified in the 7th starting position and finish 5th in the Spring Green 112 on Sunday. |

| With the opening ACT race just a month away, the car build is right on schedule. Saturday was another big day in the shop. |
| Gotta love the smell of racing fuel and burning header paint! |
| Kevin Ross, racing enthusiast and fan, drove down from Sherbrooke, Canada and spent a few hours talking about ACT and his past adventures at RiverSide Speedway. |
